Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged by improper use or care

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@skatieswimwear.com before returning the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A refund
  • Store credit
  • An alternative item of equal value

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
